How it works

Receipts flow from charities to donors automatically

The two apps are connected. When a charity issues a receipt via DonorSeek, it appears in the donor’s account — no action needed on either side.

Log it manually, import from CSV, or pull directly from Xero (Pro).

Receipt is issued

Download the PDF, or with Pro, email it. If the donor has a DonorSeek account, it lands there automatically.

About the founder

Built by someone who has spent 15 years in the NZ charity sector.

Adam Clark is an accountant who has worked with New Zealand charities for over 15 years. He built Donation Manager because he got tired of watching organisations spend days every year manually producing receipts in Excel and Word, and now has improved on that with DonorSeek.
